As shared by CBSA earlier today, please note the change of service provider for their Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Effective immediately, the new provider is now Morneau Shepell, replacing Homewood Health.
Morneau Shepell’s EAP platform, LifeWorks (or SynerVie in French), provides the same type of confidential assistance as Homewood Health. The service can be reached at 1.877.367.0809 (TTY: 1.877.338.0275), 24/7. As per the employer, detailed information about the platform is available on Atlas.
Further note that this change means that members who are currently receiving counselling through Homewood Health will have until the end of April 2021 to switch to the new provider if necessary. New requests should be sent to LifeWorks. For more information, please contact your Branch President.
