Strike training for 120,000 PSAC members in the PA, TC, and EB groups has kicked off.
While we have not yet taken strike votes, getting prepared is an important step to ensure you are engaged and ready if we go on strike. This is not a strike vote information session; those dates will be announced on October 28. Strike training is separate from the strike vote process.
Strike training is the place for members to discuss what a strike is, what the roles are for members in a strike, what steps there are in a legal strike process, how strike pay works, how to hold an effective picket line, and more. Bring your questions and learn how crucial member mobilization and being strike ready is to successful bargaining.
