This week, our PSAC Negotiator received final confirmation from Treasury Board that the signing of the FB agreement will take place on March 17th at 11:00 a.m., in Ottawa.
In the meantime, the newly-elected Bargaining Team is preparing for the coming contract fight with CBSA/Treasury Board.
On another front, PSAC is working with legal counsel in preparation for litigation against the government in the wake of the passing and implementation of new collective bargaining rules under Bill C-4.
